Heya everybody,

I just got a new job! I'll be leaving Target (yay!) on November 1st, taking a few days off to be really bored, and then on the Fifth of November I'll be starting my new job as a bank teller at the IU Credit Union.

I have a week of training before I'll be out there helping people all the time, but once that's through I'll be at the branch on the east side, for those of you who bank with us.

Better pay, better hours, better benefits....woo!

BenO may need help...
So I'm leaving for Colorado on Saturday, at somewhere approximating the butt-crack of dawn. My mother has graciously agreed to help me with that leg of the journey, but if she can't help me get back, I'll be trapped in Indianapolis FOREVER!!!

So yeah, my return-flight lands in Indy at 9:57 pm on Saturday the 22nd. I know there's a game that night, but is there anyone who's not playing that might be able to help me get back to Bloomington.

Colorado, Take II
Hello my friends. This is a second call-out for those of you who might be interested in hiring me to massage them! The proceeds of this massage-a-thon would, as before, be funding my upcoming trip to Colorado.

Ben's Great Escape Part II
So I've had some good feedback on this whole thing. This makes me happy!

I like being happy!

In the meantime, several people have asked when I'm available. The answer is that I'm not sure. You'll hafta be more specific! Some days I have nothing, and some days I'm booked solid, and most days I'm busy for about half the day.

So here's the next step, for those of you who are interested: call me and we'll make an appointment!

Hey All.

So. It's been a rough few months. As a result, I need to get away for a little while. A dear friend of mine has offered to help me escape from things for a bit and do what she can to help me come home with a clear head.

There're two major problems: she lives in Colorado, and I barely made rent this month.

So I'm hereby accepting donations for the Ben Needs to Get Away From Things Fund. Every little bit helps. And to sweeten the deal, I'll totally give massages out in exchange for donations. I suppose that makes them less like donations and more like paying for a massage, but you know what they say about "tomato, tomato" and all that.

Be on the look out for a Gray female cat- short hair- green eyes- approximately 2 years old. She got out of my apartment last night sometime after midnight and did not have her tags on!!!!! From the look of the scene she fell or jumped from a 2nd story window in my apt. after knocking the screen out. So she may be injured.

She was last seen in my apartment out at Knight Ridge Manor (on Hwy 446 by Brewsters Ice Cream) on Saturday May 26th

What is in a name? Oh, and Birthday.
Today something reminded me of something I'd forgotten awhile ago.

"Mincho" is apparently another nickname for the name "Benjamin."

This seems very odd to me. However, I also kind of like it. Maybe I should be Mincho from now on.

PS: So my birthday is at the end of this month. I know many of my friends are older than I am, but to those I say "Whatever!" and continue on with my thought. My next birthday makes me feel old. 24 is still a kid age, more or less. I'm still a manling. But 25? It feels like 25 is when I should be a grownup.

I don' wanna be a grownup.

In the meantime, I randomly ended up not being scheduled on my birthday. I think I'm gonna have another dinner-thing at the Irish Lion or something. More on that later.

Oops, I got a critical hit on my napping check...
So I was really bored last night, and feeling a little tired, so I decided to take a nap.

I woke up 14 hours later.

I blame the federal government. Ooh, speaking of which, sorry, it was actually *15* hours later......

My phone appears to have dried out and is now working again. I am much happier. A little.

My phone officially isn't working. It receives calls, and I can hear people just fine, but I cannot be heard at all. I can still do texting and listen to voicemails, but that's it.

So don't call, unless you just want to talk AT me, not TO me.
